Johnson & Johnson has elected John Morikis to its Board of Directors, effective September 8, 2025. Mr. Morikis, the former Executive Chairman, President, and CEO of The Sherwin-Williams Company, will also serve on the company's Audit Committee and Compensation & Benefits Committee.
