Joby raises full-year revenue outlook to $135M-$140M and announces planned acquisition of Resonant Sciences

Joby Aviation reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $55.1 million, driven by its Blade passenger business which flew a record 44,000+ passengers. The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook by 15% to a range of $135 million to $140 million and reported $2.2 billion in cash and short-term investments as of September 30, 2026. Joby also announced a definitive agreement to acquire Resonant Sciences, an EBITDA-positive defense technology company with over $100 million in trailing twelve-month revenue, expected to close in early 2027 subject to regulatory approvals. Additionally, the U.S. Air Force expanded autonomy-focused contracts with Joby to approximately $37 million.
