Johnson Outdoors Inc. appointed Asad Rahman as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 30, 2026. Mr. Rahman will also serve as the company's principal accounting and principal financial officer. He succeeds David W. Johnson, who is retiring and will remain with the company through the end of the 2026 fiscal year to assist with the transition. Mr. Rahman joins from Mars, Incorporated, bringing over 25 years of finance experience. As part of his appointment, Mr. Rahman will receive a $200,000 award of company restricted stock under the Long-Term Stock Incentive Plan, vesting on June 30, 2028. Johnson Outdoors Inc. is a consumer products company specializing in outdoor recreation and marine products.
