Jasper Therapeutics completes enrollment of IgA nephropathy cohort in Phase 2 study of vensobafusp alfa

Jasper Therapeutics announced the completion of enrollment for the IgA nephropathy (IgAN) cohort within its Phase 2 basket study evaluating vensobafusp alfa. The company expects to report initial interim data from this cohort by year-end 2026. Additionally, Jasper has accelerated the initiation of an expansion cohort for focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), with the first patient anticipated to be dosed in the first quarter of 2027. A total of 18 patients were enrolled across three induction and maintenance dosing cohorts in stage 1 to assess safety, tolerability, and initial efficacy.
