Jasper Therapeutics completed its acquisition of Kira Pharmaceuticals on July 16, 2026. The transaction involved issuing 5,195,009 shares of common stock and 4,899,439 shares of non-voting convertible preferred stock to Kira shareholders and SAFE holders.
