Kairos Pharma, Ltd. entered into an Investigator/Institution Initiated Research (IIR) Agreement with Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals Inc. to evaluate the combination of its lead antibody ENV-105 (carotuximab) with Bayer's XOFIGO (radium-223 dichloride) for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Under the agreement, Bayer will provide radium for the study, while Kairos Pharma is responsible for the financing and management of the study and must provide Bayer with final analysis and interpretation within 6 months of study completion.
