Karooooo reports Q2 operating profit of ZAR422 million and subscription revenue growth of 20% to ZAR1,415 million

Karooooo Ltd. reported second quarter and half-year 2027 unaudited financial results showing strong operational momentum. Second quarter subscription revenue increased 20% year-over-year to ZAR1,415 million (USD88 million), with constant currency growth accelerating to 23%. Annualized recurring revenue rose 19% to ZAR5,708 million (USD354 million). The company delivered a record quarterly operating profit of ZAR422 million, up 19%, and earnings per share increased 18% to ZAR9.28. Subscriber count grew 18% to nearly 2.9 million. Karooooo operates an operational intelligence platform for connected vehicles and logistics in more than 20 countries.
