KKR appoints Brian J Lee, former Goldman Sachs CRO, to Board of Directors

KKR & Co. Inc. appointed Brian J. Lee to its Board of Directors effective October 26, 2026. Mr. Lee will serve on the Audit and Risk Committees and participate in standard non-executive director compensation arrangements. His appointment brings the total number of independent directors to eight out of twelve board seats. KKR is a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management as well as capital markets and insurance solutions.
