KLX Energy appoints Edmonds, Hallen as directors; Collins, McCaffrey resign

KLX Energy Services Holdings appointed Franklin S. Edmonds Jr. and E. Dirk Hallen as independent directors effective October 29, 2026. Edmonds joins the Nominating and Governance and Audit Committees, while Hallen serves on the Nominating and Governance and Compensation Committees. John Collins and Tom McCaffrey resigned from the board simultaneously. The departures were not due to disagreements with management. KLX Energy Services is a provider of diversified oilfield services for onshore oil and natural gas exploration and production companies.
