Kodak raises base salaries for CFO and General Counsel to $400K and $305K

The Compensation Committee approved increases in annual base salaries for Senior Vice President and General Counsel Roger Byrd to $400,000 and Chief Accounting Officer Richard Michaels to $305,000, effective January 1, 2026. Target incentive awards under the Management Bonus Plan were also raised: CFO David Bullwinkle and Byrd are set at 50% of base salary, while Michaels is at 35%. Additionally, 70% of earned incentives for Bullwinkle and Byrd will be paid in cash, with the remaining 30% settled via restricted stock units vesting on December 31.
