Kyivstar signs agreement to acquire GigaCloud in transaction valued at up to USD 50 million

Kyivstar Group Ltd. has signed an agreement to acquire GigaCloud, a leading Ukrainian cloud infrastructure provider, in a deal valued at up to $50 million. The acquisition combines Kyivstar’s connectivity and customer reach with GigaCloud’s enterprise cloud expertise and cybersecurity services. Consideration includes a $41 million base price, up to $4 million in deferred debt, approximately $3 million in performance-related payments, and up to $2 million for capital expenditure reimbursements. GigaCloud serves over 1,800 enterprise customers and generated approximately $14 million in revenue and $4.7 million in EBITDA in 2025. The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings and cash flow, with completion subject to customary closing conditions. Kyivstar Group Ltd. operates as Ukraine’s leading digital operator providing mobile, fixed-line, and enterprise technology services.
