SEALSQ signs LOI to acquire satellite capacity from WISeSat.Space for $15M

SEALSQ Corp entered into a binding letter of intent on October 26, 2026, to acquire satellite capacity associated with twelve satellites and related mission control, ground segment, and operational support services from affiliate WISeSat.Space AG. The proposed transaction involves consideration of approximately $15 million, subject to payment terms and delivery milestones in a definitive agreement expected within six months. SEALSQ intends to use this infrastructure for its Quantum Spatial Orbital Cloud (QSOC) platform, developing a security-services layer for space-to-device communications. The deal is contingent on board approvals and execution of definitive agreements. SEALSQ develops post-quantum semiconductor security technologies and cryptographic solutions.
