CS Disco, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors from eight to nine members by appointing Andre Mintz as a Class II director, effective July 22, 2026. Mr. Mintz, a cybersecurity expert with experience at Meta Platforms, Inc. and Microsoft, will receive an initial $300,000 RSU award and an annual $35,000 cash retainer.
