Li Bang subsidiary terminates acquisition of Suzhou Yufengyuan Food Distribution

Jiangsu Li Bang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Li Bang International Corporation Inc., entered into a termination letter on October 8, 2026, with the sellers of Suzhou Yufengyuan Food Distribution Co., Ltd. This action terminates the equity transfer agreement dated April 17, 2026, which superseded an earlier March 2026 agreement. The transaction will not be consummated, and both parties are released from all liabilities and obligations under the agreement, including breach provisions.
