LBTYALiberty Global Ltd.
The European Commission has granted clearance for Liberty Global Ltd.'s sale of VodafoneZiggo’s passive tower assets. The transaction, valued at €669 million, involves buyers DigitalBridge, TD Greystone Infrastructure, and L&G. Proceeds will support de-leveraging at VodafoneZiggo as part of a broader strategy to raise €1.2-1.4 billion from non-core asset disposals ahead of the intended mid-2027 listing of Ziggo Group on Euronext Amsterdam. Liberty Global anticipates the deal closing by year-end 2026. Liberty Global Ltd. delivers broadband, video, and mobile communications across Europe through its Liberty Telecom platform.
