LCI Industries reports Q3 net income of $50M ($2.05 EPS), down from $62M prior year

LCI Industries reported third-quarter 2026 consolidated net sales of $992 million, a decrease from $1,036 million in the same period last year, driven by lower North American RV wholesale shipments. Net income fell to $50 million, or $2.05 per diluted share, compared to $62 million, or $2.55 per diluted share, previously. Adjusted net income rose 12% to $54 million, or $2.21 per diluted share, while adjusted EBITDA increased to $111 million. The company maintained its full-year revenue guidance of $3.9 billion to $4.0 billion and reaffirmed an adjusted EPS outlook of $8.25 to $8.50. LCI Industries is a leading supplier of engineered components to the outdoor recreation, housing, and transportation markets.
