Leidos Holdings, Inc. announced the election of Jeffery S. McElfresh to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026. The board size increased to eleven members upon his appointment. McElfresh, formerly AT&T’s chief operating officer, brings expertise in advanced connectivity infrastructure and cybersecurity. He will serve on the Corporate Governance and Ethics and Technology and Information Security committees.
