On July 13, 2026, Alpha Investment Inc. completed the acquisition of 2,002,035 shares of Londax Corp. common stock from former sole officer and director Giorgi Loloshvili and other minority shareholders for cash. Alpha now beneficially owns approximately 90% of the company, granting it control over the Board of Directors and stockholder approvals. Consequently, Giorgi Loloshvili resigned, and Jon S. Cummings IV was appointed as CEO, Treasurer, Secretary, and sole Director. The company also relocated its principal executive offices from Limassol, Cyprus to Cincinnati, Ohio.
