LENLennar Corp
Lennar Corporation reported third-quarter 2026 net earnings of $284 million, or $1.19 per diluted share, a decline from $591 million ($2.29 per share) in the prior year period. Total revenues were $8.0 billion, while new orders decreased 9% to 20,879 homes and deliveries fell 3% to 20,840 homes. The company repurchased 3 million shares for $256 million and redeemed $400 million of senior notes due June 2026. Lennar moderated its full-year 2026 delivery guidance to approximately 80,000–81,000 homes from the previous range of 82,000–83,000, citing deteriorating market conditions and higher mortgage rates. The company operates in the homebuilding industry.
