LifeStance raises full-year revenue outlook to $1.74B-$1.76B after Q3 results

LifeStance Health Group reported third-quarter revenue of $455.9 million, a 25% increase year-over-year, driven by an 11% growth in its clinician base to 8,863 and a 17% rise in visit volumes to 2.7 million. Net income surged to $22.4 million from $1.1 million, while Adjusted EBITDA grew 70% to $68.4 million. Consequently, the company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $1.741 billion to $1.761 billion and increased Adjusted EBITDA expectations to $242 million-$250 million. LifeStance Health Group is one of the nation’s largest providers of outpatient mental healthcare.
