Littelfuse, Inc. appointed Todd Kelsey to its Board of Directors effective August 6, 2026, increasing board membership from eight to nine members. Mr. Kelsey, currently President and CEO of Plexus Corp., was also named to the Compensation Committee and designated as an independent director under Nasdaq standards. He will receive compensation consistent with non-employee director practices, including a pro-rated restricted stock unit award.
