Lifeward appoints Ronen Tsimerman as CFO effective Nov. 1 with NIS 70k monthly base

The Board of Directors appointed Ronen Tsimerman as Chief Financial Officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective November 1, 2026. His employment agreement provides for a gross monthly base salary of NIS 70,000, an annual performance-based bonus with a target of not less than four monthly salaries, and a transaction bonus. The arrangement is subject to shareholder approval of the company's renewed compensation policy at its upcoming annual general meeting on October 30, 2026.
