LogProstyle Inc. completed its acquisition of 100% of I-FLATZ Co., LTD on September 28, 2026, making it a consolidated subsidiary along with LAND-I Co., LTD. The transaction expands the company's real estate operations into Japan’s Kansai region, complementing LogProstyle's existing presence in Tokyo. I-FLATZ provides condominium sales agency services, renovation and resale of residential properties, and leasing. The existing management team will remain to facilitate integration and realize operational synergies. LogProstyle Inc. operates in the real estate development, hotel management, and restaurant management industries.
