Lennox names Geoff Dethlefsen EVP and President of Building Climate Solutions as Joe Nassab retires

Joe Nassab will retire from his role as Executive Vice President and President of Building Climate Solutions on December 31, 2026. Geoffrey Dethlefsen, currently Vice President and General Manager of Lennox Commercial HVAC, succeeds him effective January 1, 2027. Nassab transitions to a Strategic Advisor role with an annual salary of $180,000 through February 28, 2028. Lennox International Inc. manufactures energy-efficient heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems for residential and commercial customers.
