PowerCompute's subsidiary executed a new Industrial Power Contract with Columbus Light and Water for up to 11,000 kilowatts of firm power, effective October 1, 2026. The agreement moves the facility from the general industrial rate to the TVA Large Data Service Rate (Schedule DCB), allowing the company to avoid a new $1.5 million per megawatt capacity commitment charge applicable to data center loads above five megawatts. Columbus Light and Water returned a $300,000 deposit, which PowerCompute intends to use for capacity buildout at the site. The contract has an initial term ending September 16, 2030. PowerCompute operates Bitcoin mining and high-performance computing infrastructure.
