Nasdaq delists Lunai Bioworks over $9M stockholders' deficit; trading suspends Oct. 30

LNAILunai Bioworks Inc.

Nasdaq notified Lunai Bioworks of non-compliance with the $2,500,000 minimum stockholders’ equity requirement due to a reported deficit of $(9,024,946) for fiscal year 2026. Because the company is under mandatory Hearings Panel Monitor status, it was ineligible for a compliance period and Nasdaq staff determined to delist its securities. The Board approved voluntary withdrawal from listing and SEC registration, with trading expected to suspend on October 30, 2026, and delisting effective around November 12, 2026. Concurrently, CFO Nathen Fuentes resigned immediately, and director Douglas W. Calder stepped down. The company also terminated its ATM Sales Agreement and intends to file Form 15 to suspend SEC reporting obligations after deregistration.
