On June 17, 2026, Linkers Industries Limited, via its subsidiary Linkers Asia Pacific Limited, entered into a conditional agreement to acquire 150,800 shares, representing 29% of LPW Electronics Co., Ltd., from Chairman Man Tak Lau. The transaction involves a purchase price of approximately US$2,350,000 and the settlement of US$6,160,000 in outstanding amounts owed by LPW to an associate.
