Lindsay Corporation appointed Alicia Pfeifer and Brett Coburn as co-Chief Financial Officers on an interim basis, effective September 1, 2026. Ms. Pfeifer, currently Vice President of Business Finance, and Mr. Coburn, currently Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, will share CFO responsibilities while retaining their existing titles. Mr. Coburn also serves as interim principal financial officer for SEC reporting purposes. Each executive receives an incremental $10,000 monthly stipend during this period in addition to standard compensation packages. Lindsay Corporation manufactures agricultural irrigation systems and equipment.
