Live Nation hires Da-Wai Hu as EVP, General Counsel and Secretary; Michael Rowles' title changes to Senior Legal Advisor with $500K salary

Live Nation Entertainment announced that Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary Michael G. Rowles entered into a First Amendment to his Employment Agreement effective November 1, 2026. The amendment extends his term through December 31, 2029, changes his title to Senior Legal Advisor beginning January 1, 2028, sets his annual base salary at $500,000 with no bonus opportunity, and modifies termination payouts. Concurrently, the company announced it would hire Da-Wai Hu as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary effective November 2, 2026. Live Nation Entertainment operates in the live entertainment industry, organizing concerts and festivals and selling tickets.
