Manhattan Associates reported third-quarter revenue of $306.2 million, up from $275.8 million in the prior-year period, with GAAP diluted earnings per share of $1.04 versus $0.96 previously. Adjusted diluted EPS reached $1.55 against $1.36. Cloud subscription revenue grew 28% to $134.4 million, surpassing services revenue for the first time. The company also announced the election of Juan Perez, former Salesforce CIO, as a Class III director effective January 2027. Additionally, the Board adopted bylaw amendments establishing exclusive forums in Georgia state courts and federal district courts for internal entity and Securities Act claims respectively.
