On June 18, 2026, M3-Brigade Acquisition V Corp. announced a significant leadership overhaul. Directors Mohsin Y. Meghji, Benjamin Fader-Rattner, and Matthew Perkal resigned from the Board and all committees. Simultaneously, Robert Rivas Collins resigned as CEO, Eric Greenhaus resigned as CFO, and Matthew Perkal resigned as COO. The Board appointed Chinh Chu as the new principal executive officer and Thomas Boychuk as the new CFO, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer. Both Chu and Boychuk are affiliated with CC Capital, an affiliate of the company's sponsor, and will receive no compensation for their roles. The company is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) designed to effect a business combination.
