Mobility Global approves $1.25M and $1M RSU awards for two presidents

The Nominating and Compensation Committee approved one-time restricted stock unit (RSU) awards to be granted on December 1, 2026. Scott Fredericks, President of CARFAX, will receive awards valued at $1,250,000, while Joseph S. LaFeir, President of Mobility Business Solutions, will receive awards valued at $1,000,000. The RSUs vest in three equal annual installments following the grant date and are subject to standard award agreement terms. This compensation package represents a significant retention incentive for key leadership roles within the company's primary business segments.
