Sui Group Holdings Limited entered into an Amended and Restated Digital Asset Loan Agreement with BlueFin Labs Inc. on June 19, 2026, to provide a total of 6,000,000 SUI tokens to finance the Suilend Acquisition by Bluewater Labs Inc. In exchange for the loan, BlueFin will pay the Company 11.00% of the revenues of BlueFin and associated entities, including Suilend-related revenues, in SUI tokens until the loan is terminated or repaid.
