MongoDB appointed Dev Ittycheria as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 28, 2026. He receives a $500,000 annual base salary, a $500,000 sign-on bonus, and restricted stock units valued at $15,000,000 vesting quarterly through October 2027.
