On June 15, 2026, Mondelēz International announced the appointment of Amit Banati as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Banati, formerly CFO of Kenvue and Kellanova, will receive an annual base salary of $1,050,000, a target annual incentive of 125% of base salary, and a target annual long-term equity grant of $5,000,000. He is also eligible for a cash make-whole award not to exceed $7,000,000 to compensate for forfeited compensation from his previous employer. He will report to CEO Dirk Van de Put. The company operates in the food industry and manufactures snacks and confectionery.
