MDWerks, Inc. announced on August 3, 2026, that its subsidiary RF Specialties signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with Rex Lumber Company to form a proposed joint venture named RF-REX Co. The venture will focus on developing and commercializing radio frequency-based solutions for the lumber industry, including molecular sawdust drying and board straightening. Under the agreement, RF Specialties is expected to hold a 51% ownership interest while Rex Lumber holds 49%. Rex Lumber plans to contribute sales leadership, distribution capabilities, and a substantial multi-million-dollar initial capital investment. The LOI is non-binding and subject to definitive agreements and customary closing conditions. MDWerks operates in the molecular targeting technology sector, developing proprietary energy-wave platforms for industrial processes.
