Stacie Schulz resigned as Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer of Methode Electronics, Inc., effective October 30, 2026, to pursue other opportunities. The departure was not due to disagreements with management or auditors regarding accounting principles, financial disclosures, or internal controls. Laura Kowalchik, the company's Chief Financial Officer, will assume the additional responsibilities of principal accounting officer upon Schulz's departure. Methode Electronics manufactures electronic components and assemblies for consumer electronics, automotive, medical, and industrial markets.
