Mesoblast Limited announced that directors William Burns and Dr. Philip Krause will retire from the Board at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Mr. Burns, who has served since 2014, is stepping down after twelve years of service. Dr. Krause, a director since 2022 with prior FDA experience, is also retiring. Ms. Jane Bell AM will assume sole Chairmanship of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Board intends to recruit new directors with U.S. and global commercial expertise in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals to support the company's next phase of growth following the successful launch of Ryoncil in the United States.
