On September 9, 2026, Stephen M. Silver resigned as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, and Director of M Evo Global Acquisition Corp II, effective immediately. The resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations or policies. Concurrently, the Board appointed Ashley Zumwalt-Forbes as Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board. Ms. Zumwalt-Forbes, age 36, continues in her role as Chief Operating Officer and Director, having served as COO since August 2025 and on the Board since December 2025. She is a managing member of the Sponsor, Evolution Sponsor Holdings LLC II, alongside her husband, John Charles Forbes II. No new compensatory arrangements were established in connection with these appointments.
