On August 10, 2026, Donice Wagner voluntarily resigned as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of Magnolia Bancorp, Inc., effective August 21, 2026. To fill the resulting gap, Robert W. Kimbro assumed the title of Chief Financial Officer, while Michael L. Hurley retained his role as Executive Chair and added the title of Chief Executive Officer.
