Mint signs €3M OEM deal with Centridex to supply robot kits for European expansion

Mint Incorporation Limited announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Axonex Robotics, entered into an OEM Supply and License Agreement with Ireland-based Centridex. The two-year programme, running from October 2026 to September 2028, has a total potential value of approximately €3 million. An initial order package worth roughly €450,000 covers robot kits and platform licensing for four product categories, including the M3, Sumo, Nex-class, and R-300 robots. Centridex will assemble, test, and distribute the finished units in Ireland and other selected markets, serving as a gateway for Mint's robotics solutions into Europe. The agreement is non-exclusive and establishes the framework for future purchase orders. Mint Incorporation Limited operates in the artificial intelligence and robotics sector, providing intelligent automation solutions and interior design services.
