Mira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced the departure of CFO Alan Weichselbaum and the appointment of Andriy Mushak as the fractional Chief Financial Officer, effective June 6, 2026. Mr. Mushak will be provided by LMAM Consulting Group, LLC and will be compensated at a rate of $6,000 per month.
