MoonLake Immunotherapeutics announced Week 52 results from its Phase 3 VELA-1 and VELA-2 clinical trials for sonelokimab (SLK) in adults with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). Across both trials, 67.2% of patients achieved HiSCR75 and 33.1% achieved HiSCR100, with 26.0% achieving inflammatory remission (IHS4-100). The company reported that SLK responses were approximately 10% higher than a competing IL-17-A & F inhibitor. Additionally, interim Week 24 data from the Phase 3 VELA-TEEN trial in adolescents showed a 68% HiSCR75 response rate.
