MoonLake Immunotherapeutics entered into an underwriting agreement with Leerink Partners LLC to issue and sell 9,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at $20.00 per share and up to 1,000,000 pre-funded warrants at $19.9999 per warrant. The gross proceeds from the offering is expected to offering $200 million. The offering is expected to close on June 25, 2026. MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is a biotechnology company focused on developing immunologicals for inflammatory diseases.
