Hello Group Inc. reported unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. Net revenues decreased 5.1% year-over-year to RMB2,486.0 million (US$366.4 million), driven by a decline in mainland China operations partially offset by a 52.0% surge in overseas revenue to RMB672.7 million. The company returned to profitability with net income attributable to shareholders of RMB237.4 million, compared to a net loss of RMB140.2 million in the prior year period. Diluted net income per ADS was RMB1.52 (US$0.22). Hello Group operates in Asia's online social networking space, primarily through its Momo and Tantan applications.
