Reports Q3 net loss of $72 million, or $0.23 per share, on $3.1 billion in revenue

The Mosaic Company reported a third quarter 2026 net loss of $72 million, equating to a diluted loss per share of $0.23, compared to net income of $411 million in the prior-year period. Consolidated revenues were $3.1 billion, while adjusted EBITDA totaled $324 million, down from $806 million a year ago. The results were negatively impacted by $53 million in pre-tax notable items, primarily environmental reserve adjustments and restructuring costs. Phosphate segment operating losses widened to $194 million due to production curtailments driven by limited affordable sulfur availability, while Potash adjusted EBITDA declined to $284 million on lower sales volumes. The company also announced it has refinanced and extended all long-term debt maturities through 2028. Mosaic is a leading producer and marketer of potash and phosphate fertilizers.
