Marathon Petroleum elects David Constable to its Board of Directors

The board elected David E. Constable as a director effective March 1, 2027, increasing the board size to eleven members. Constable joins the Compensation and Organization Development Committee and the Sustainability and Public Policy Committee. He brings over four decades of leadership experience in energy, chemicals, engineering, and construction, having previously served as CEO of Fluor Corporation and Sasol Ltd. Marathon Petroleum is a leading integrated downstream and midstream energy company that operates the nation's largest refining system.
