Mercury Systems elects three directors and appoints William Ballhaus as Chairman of the Board

At its Annual Meeting on October 28, 2026, shareholders elected Jean Bua, Gerard J. DeMuro, and Scott Ostfeld as Class II Directors for terms ending in 2029. The Board simultaneously appointed William L. Ballhaus as Chairman of the Board and Barry R. Nearhos as Lead Independent Director, while establishing committee compositions for the upcoming year.
