On June 24, 2026, the Istanbul 14th Commercial Court of First Instance ruled that the ride-hailing service of Marti İleri Teknoloji A.Ş, a subsidiary of Marti Technologies, Inc., constitutes unfair competition under the Turkish Commercial Code. The Court rejected requests for an interim injunction to block the company's website and mobile applications, and found no unfair competition regarding e-scooter and e-moped services.
