Sally Diffley resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., the delegated sponsor of the Trust, effective October 30, 2026. Swapnil Parab was appointed to succeed her on November 4, 2026. Mr. Parab currently serves as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for Morgan Stanley Investment Management and joined the firm in 2009. The Delegated Sponsor is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Morgan Stanley. This trust holds Bitcoin assets.
